30 Day Comfort Guarantee:

For your convenience, we offer a comfort guarantee which applies when a customer feels they have purchased the wrong mattress for their comfort level. We encourage you to keep your mattress for at least 3 weeks, which is the normal break in period for new sleep sets. If, after that time and before 30 days you are not satisfied with the comfort level of your mattress, come into our store and we will help you to select another mattress that suits you better. The customer is responsible for any difference in price, the delivery swap out fee and a 10% restocking fee. Refunds are not available for lesser priced mattress sets. There is only one comfort exchange per customer and it does not apply to waterbeds, furniture, pillows, sheets, adjustable bases, closeouts, special orders or floor models. The comfort guarantee does not apply to any soiled items.
