Refund policy

Our mattresses are crafted with your comfort and well-being in mind.  Your new mattress may feel quite different from your old mattress.  It may take some time to get used to the new levels of comfort and postural support.

We are proud to offer a 90-night sleep trial for all mattresses.  If you’re not completely satisfied, you may exchange once between 30-90 calendar days, from the date of delivery.  Mattress exchanges are subject to a $175 restocking fee. To qualify for this offer, all mattresses must be clean and undamaged.  Damage includes, but is not limited to: stained fabrics, punctures, rips, tears, abrasions or burns.  The 90-night sleep trial is only valid on mattresses and is limited to one exchange.  Offer not available on foundations, pillows, sheets or mattress protectors.
