How to Claim a Mattress Warranty

Dec 17, 2022 | Sleep

If your mattress is under warranty, clean and stain free and you have a sizeable dip somewhere on your sleeping surface then you can make a warranty claim. Just follow these steps and send us an email.

  1. Take the sheets off the bed
  2.  Lay a straight edge on the bed (yardstick, etc.) Without pressing down or measuring in the tufted quilting take a picture of the indent or issue you’re having.  Take a clear picture showing both ends of your straight edge.  In order to have a warranty claim, most mattress companies require that an indentation in the mattress measure 1.5″ in depth.  Though you might notice indentations of a lesser depth, they would not be covered unless they reached the 1.5″ level.
  3.  Take a picture of your law tag.  This is the “do not remove” tag usually located on the underside of the head of the bed.
  4. We need to make sure the mattress has adequate support.  If you did not purchase the foundation or frame from us, we need pictures of those as well.  Sometimes it’s actually the support under the bed that has issues and not the mattress.
  5. Email the pictures and your contact info to Tracy@greenfrogsleepcenter.com

Green Frog Sleep Center will work on your behalf to claim warranties from these manufacturers.  Detailed warranty info can be found on the manufacturers website.* (Tempurpedic works directly with the consumer on warranty issues.  If you have a Tempupedic product you will need to file the claim on Temourpedic.com.  They ask for the same type of pictures and a copy of your receipt.  Green Frog can provide that if needed.)
